Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Xtreme HD IPTV service and the website at xtremehd-iptv.us. By subscribing, taking a free trial, or using any part of the service, you agree to them.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Xtreme HD IPTV” mean the operator of the Xtreme HD IPTV service, contactable at contact@xtremehd-iptv.us. “You” means the person subscribing to or using the service.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not subscribe to or use the service.
2. What the service is
Xtreme HD IPTV is a subscription that gives you access to streaming content delivered over your own internet connection. We supply the credentials — a server address with a username and password, or a playlist link — that you enter into a media player application on your own device.
We do not supply the player applications. Apps such as IBO Player Pro, TiviMate, Smarters Player Lite, Hot Player, MyIPTV Player, XStreamity and Plex are made by independent third parties. Any licence fee or in-app purchase they charge is separate from your subscription, is paid to that developer, and is not refundable by us.
We do not supply hardware. Your device, its condition, its software version and its decoding capability are your responsibility.
We do not supply your internet connection. Streaming quality depends on its speed and stability, which are outside our control.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to subscribe.
The service is for private, personal, household use. It is not licensed for commercial or public display, including in bars, restaurants, hotels, shops, offices or any other public or commercial premises.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply where you are.
4. Your account and credentials
Your login details are personal to you. You must not share, publish, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute them.
Each subscription includes one simultaneous connection. You may install the service on as many of your own devices as you like, but only one may stream at any given time.
If you need more than one stream at once, our optional Multi Room feature adds additional simultaneous connections. It is purchased separately and applies for the remainder of your current subscription period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, device keys and MAC addresses confidential. We are not liable for loss arising from them being shared or made public, deliberately or accidentally.
We may suspend or terminate an account without refund where we detect credential sharing, resale, an unusual number of simultaneous connections, or use from a pattern of locations inconsistent with private household use.
5. Plans, pricing and payment
Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any taxes or charges that may apply where you are.
We accept the payment methods listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not store your payment details for future charges. When your period ends, access stops until you choose to renew.
We may change our prices at any time. A change does not affect a subscription you have already paid for — it applies from your next renewal.
Any bank, card or currency conversion fees charged by your own provider are yours to bear.
6. Free trial
We may offer a free trial of up to 24 hours so you can test the service before purchasing. It is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn, limited or refused.
Trials are limited to one per person, household, device or payment method, and we may refuse repeat requests.
The trial is provided as it is, with no guarantee of availability, channel line-up or quality, and is not a commitment that any particular content will be available on a paid subscription.
7. Picture quality and resolution
We describe this service as a high-definition and 4K service because that is what it carries where the source provides it. This section explains, plainly, what that does and does not mean.
We deliver the resolution the source broadcasts in. A channel produced and transmitted in 1080p reaches you in 1080p. Nobody — us or anyone else — can turn it into 4K; upscaling only invents detail that was never recorded. References to 4K on this website describe the capability of the service and the channels that broadcast in it, not a guarantee that every channel is 4K.
Which channels are available in 4K, HD or SD changes. It depends on the broadcaster and the upstream source, and it can change without notice.
HDR, Dolby Audio and similar features depend on the source broadcast, your player application, your device and your display all supporting them. We cannot guarantee any of them for a given channel or a given setup.
What you actually see also depends on things we do not control: your internet speed and stability, your Wi-Fi, your device's decoding ability, and your television's own picture settings.
If a channel looks materially worse than it should, tell us. We would rather investigate a specific feed than have you assume nothing can be done.
8. Content and availability
Channel line-ups, on-demand libraries, programme guide data and catch-up availability come from upstream sources and can change at any time without notice. Content counts published on our website are approximate and are not a guarantee that any specific channel, event, film or series will be available at a given moment.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular channel, sporting event, film or series. Removal, interruption or replacement of specific content is not a failure of the service and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
9. Availability, maintenance and interruptions
We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Any uptime figure published on our website is a target, not a contractual guarantee.
The service may be unavailable during planned maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control — including your internet provider, your device, your network, upstream sources, or acts of God, government action, strikes, war or infrastructure failure.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your own equipment, software, connection, VPN, or by third-party player applications.
10. Acceptable use
You must not: share, resell or redistribute your credentials or the service; record, rebroadcast, publicly display or make content available to anyone outside your household; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, circumvent or interfere with the service or its security; use the service unlawfully; or access it with automated tools.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach this section.
11. Refunds and cancellation
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the amount you paid us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Refunds do not cover fees paid to third-party player applications, hardware you purchased, or charges made by your bank or payment provider.
We may refuse a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, or where the account has breached section 4 or section 10.
You may stop using the service at any time. Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation step is required — simply do not renew.
12. Support
Support is provided through the contact channels published on our website. We aim to respond quickly at any hour, but response times are a target rather than a contractual commitment.
To help us help you, tell us which device you are using and send a photograph of the screen where relevant.
Support covers your credentials and your access to the service. It does not extend to repairing your hardware, your network or third-party applications, though we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
13. Third parties and trademarks
Our website and guides reference third-party applications, devices, platforms and services for identification purposes only. All trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party product does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with that company, nor that they endorse us.
Third-party applications, websites and stores are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for your current subscription period.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or for any missed programme, event, match or broadcast.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impossible or unlawful.
Where we terminate for a breach by you, no refund is due. Where we terminate for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription pro rata.
16. Privacy
How we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
17. Copyright and complaints
If you believe content accessible through the service infringes your rights, see our DMCA and copyright policy for how to submit a notice. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in [STATE] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This does not take away rights you already have. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live, and you may still be able to bring a claim there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — almost everything is resolved faster by simply telling us what has gone wrong.
