Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

The short version

  • We collect very little. Your contact details, your order, and the device identifiers we need to activate your subscription.
  • We log connections. IP address and how many streams are open — the only way to enforce a per-connection subscription. Explained in section 4.
  • We never see your card number. Payments run through providers who handle that themselves.
  • We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build a profile from what you watch.
  • Ask and we act. Want to see it, correct it or have it deleted? One message and we handle it.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Xtreme HD IPTV collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to the website at xtremehd-iptv.us and to the service itself.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Xtreme HD IPTV” mean the operator of the service, contactable at contact@xtremehd-iptv.us.

It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. What we collect

What you give us. Your WhatsApp number or email address, whatever you write in your messages, and anything you attach — including photographs of your TV screen when you report a picture problem. Also whichever device you tell us you are setting up.

What we need to run the service. The login credentials we issue you, and where your device requires it, a MAC address or device key. MAG boxes, IBO players and similar bind a subscription to a specific device, so we cannot activate those without one.

What is recorded automatically while you watch. Your IP address, connection times, and how many streams are open on your account. Section 4 explains why.

Payment information. The order itself — plan, amount, date — plus whatever the payment provider passes back to us. We never see or store your full card number.

Website data. Ordinary server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, browser and device type.

3. Why we use it

To provide what you paid for — issuing credentials, activating your device, keeping the subscription running and renewing it when you ask.

To support you — answering messages, diagnosing setup problems, and investigating the specific channel when you report a quality issue.

To take payment and handle refunds, including under our refund policy.

To protect the service — enforcing connection limits, detecting shared or resold credentials, and preventing fraud.

To meet legal obligations, including keeping records of transactions.

4. Connection logs and device identifiers

This is the part most services leave vague, so we would rather be plain about it.

Each subscription includes a limited number of simultaneous connections. To enforce that, our servers record when your account connects, from which IP address, and how many streams are open. There is no way to sell a per-connection subscription without doing so.

Where your device is bound by MAC address or device key — MAG boxes, IBO players, HotPlayer and similar — we hold that identifier while your subscription is active, because it is what tells our system which device is yours.

We use this to run and protect the service. We do not use it to build a profile of your viewing habits for advertising, and we do not sell it. See section 8.

5. WhatsApp, messages and screenshots

Most of our contact with you happens on WhatsApp. Those messages travel under Meta's own privacy terms, not ours — we are simply the other person in the chat.

We keep the conversation history so we can pick up where we left off, check what was sent to you, and settle billing or refund questions later.

A note on screenshots. We ask for photos of your screen because they solve most setup and quality problems in one step. A screenshot can include more than you intended — other apps, notifications, your name. Crop it if you'd rather, and never send us your card number, bank details or passwords. We never need them.

Prefer not to use WhatsApp? Email us at contact@xtremehd-iptv.us instead.

6. Payments and crypto

Card and PayPal payments are handled by third-party providers who collect your payment details directly, under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation and enough order information to identify it — never your full card number.

For crypto payments, the transaction is recorded on a public blockchain by design. That record is permanent, publicly visible and outside anyone's control, ours included. If you ask for a crypto refund, we hold the wallet address you give us for that purpose.

7. Who we share information with

Payment providers, to take payment and issue refunds.

Infrastructure and upstream providers, to the extent needed to deliver the stream to your connection.

Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where genuinely necessary.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

That is the full list. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers or marketing companies.

8. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months.

We do not build advertising profiles from what you watch.

We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for. If that ever changes it will be opt-in, and one message will stop it.

9. How long we keep it

Account and credential data — while your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a billing question arises.

Transaction records — as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Connection logs — for a short operational period, long enough to enforce connection limits and investigate abuse, then deleted.

Message history and screenshots — while useful for supporting you, then deleted on request.

10. Cookies and the website

Our website uses cookies necessary for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to see which pages people find useful.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential ones may stop parts of the site working.

Our setup guides link out to third-party websites and app stores. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

11. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or send you a copy. Message or email us and we will deal with it.

If you are in the United States, state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act give residents of several states specific rights — to know what is collected, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights apply and we honour them.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

We do not charge for handling a request and will not treat you differently for making one. We may need to confirm your identity first — usually by replying from the number or email the account was set up with.

Note that deleting your data ends your ability to use the service, since the credentials and device identifiers are what it runs on.

12. Children

Xtreme HD IPTV is not intended for children. You must be 18 or over to subscribe, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

If children use a device in your household, most players include a PIN or parental control option — worth setting.

13. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can help: keep your credentials to yourself, do not post your MAC address or device key in public comments or screenshots, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

14. Where your information is handled

We and the providers we use may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a standard comparable to that of your home country.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force and the date it was last updated is shown at the top. Where a change materially affects you we will make reasonable efforts to let subscribers know.

16. How to contact us about your data

WhatsApp +44 7403 674324 or email contact@xtremehd-iptv.us with Privacy request in the subject line. Full details are on our contact page.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
